How does the Patient Advice and Liaison Service or PALS work?
PALS offers advice and support to patients, clients, service users, their families and carers.
PALS can offer information on NHS services and procedures.
PALS listens and deals with your needs as quickly as possible. If we cannot deal with it directly, we will come back to you as soon as we can, or put you in touch with someone who can help you.
We provide a friendly and confidential service dedicated to improving services for patients and service users.
From April 1, 2011 for enquiries about community services such as audiology, community nursing, foot health and childrens health and so on, please contact the PALS team at Heart of England NHS Foundation Trust which now manages these services
The Heart of England PALS team have offices at Heartlands, Solihull and Good Hope Hospitals open Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. You can contact PALS using the phone numbers below or email the PALS team at email@example.com
